Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding our services internationally. If you'd like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, please subscribe to our newsletter.

We take great care in packaging each box, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund right away.

Yes! Simply enter the recipient's address during checkout. We'll ensure the package arrives beautifully presented.

Due to the personalized nature of our gift boxes, we don't accept returns on opened items. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we'll happily provide a replacement or full refund. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Once we've begun preparing your personalized box, we're unable to cancel as items have already been customized for you.
