We deliver across India, with the exception of certain locations due to courier limitations.
Order Processing & Dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours to 72 hours from our store located in Suite No 102, D60, Sector 63, Nimbus BPO, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India, 201301. In rare instances, there may be a slight delay, in which case we will notify you through email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
- Shipping Schedule: We ship orders from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
- Delivery Timeframe: Deliveries typically take 5-7 business days across India. However, delivery times may extend due to unforeseen factors such as high courier volumes, local disruptions, festive seasons, natural calamities, or adverse weather conditions.
- Special Delivery Requests: While we strive to accommodate special delivery requests (such as expedited shipping, specific delivery times, or deferred delivery), fulfillment of these requests is subject to the capabilities of our courier partners.
